I've always skated on the cheapest used skates I could find relying on a brake to save wheel cost. I think this limited my ability. Of course I blame my gear. This year I watched as the @aussieinlineskater gear and wheels explode resulting in Jakeb's amazing progression as a skater. Check out this compilation of his skating.
